Worst experience ever. I strongly recommend not buying from this app. You won't receive the item you purchased. During Black Friday, we ordered a 70" Samsung TV, model "QE1C," which was on sale. The delivery date kept changing, and in the end, they suggested swapping it with a cheaper model or canceling the order. Despite assurances from customer service, my order was canceled two days later, causing me to miss out on all the sales.

One of the worst shopping app I've ever seen. Promotions and discounts never work properly and customer service can't do anything about it. Example, discounted phone is $1568, when you add trade in for $1000 off, final price becomes $768. They also charge you tax based on full price, but gives discount based on all subtraction including trade in. Their math seems to always change in their favor and not in the logical or mathematical way. This has been going on for years! Very disappointing

Super buggy gives lots of error messages. Spent over an hour trying to make one simple purchase. Unbelieveable that such a large tech company can have such a terrible purchasing interface. Update: Then when I finally made a purchase the ap. wouldn't update my location, and wouldn't take any form of payment other than Amazon pay. It also said it won't be shipped for a whole month, and gave no options to pick up anywhere except NYC 250 miles away! So I cancelled!

The app is a pain. Resets info and order cost changes from when putting order together to checkout. Every single time the cost goes from some sale then touch a button and the cost changes. It never ever costs what they offer you. If I could rate this even lower then I would. Ordered a phone and even paid for faster shipping. Got an email saying it will be an extra 2 weeks. Called customer service to cancel order and get a refund. Was flat out told no because it's in shipping. New apple customer

The app is horrible, promos and prices are incorrect, if the app times or or you inadvertently refreshed because you swiped down too far or too quickly your cart is emptied and you have to start over. There is "nobody" that can help with "any" of the issues. The company is incompetent!!! I spoke with many(lost track) reps and at least 5 supervisors. Was hung up on or disconnected and only 1 called back to help try to complete the process. If I could give a zero, that would be more fitting!!

Very disappointing app for a large multi-dollar company. The app offers some greats deals then all of a sudden they don't work or are not valid. I've spoken with some representatives about the issue and they usually refer me to the website instead of the actual app. I've bought a few things on this app and it not the best experience, mostly due to the glitches in the app itself and the discounts not being applied or displayed properly. Samsung has to really work on their software more!
