This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Samsung Device Insights on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

*UPDATE* 10/11/18 My login credentials have not been valid for a couple of years, I have even called to try to resolve this since this app cannot be deleted and I would really like to continue to participate in the program. However I have not received any response from email return phone call it's like they've dropped the ball. Collecting my info ... This experience! I got the Best phone (at the time) FREE! Why are people complaining. The care and maintenance is your responsibility, as it is with any phone you get. If you don't know how to use it properly or learn how to, don't blame the gift horse. Yes, response time is a little slow, but again are you following contact procedure or just randomly contacting Samsung? I have always received help when I needed it or if I didn't understand something. Grow up people, take some responsibilit

Love being apart of this program!!! Samsung is an awesome company and I love their products. This app runs perfectly and doesn't effect my phone in any way, I forget it's even installed. Samsung, I would love to participate in the program for the Note 9 please!!!

About this app

This application is intended to allow participation in the Samsung Device Insights program. As a part of this initiative, this application collects both activity (applications you download, use, etc.) and device status information (charge level, network speed, etc.) and transmits the information in a secure manner to our servers. The data collected as a part of this initiative allows us to understand device usage patterns and potentially improve the customer experience with Samsung products.

Participation in this program is by invitation only.

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

If you have installed this application by mistake and do not have the activation password, please follow the steps below to uninstall the application.
1) Launch "Samsung Device Insights" application. Tap on "Cancel" button.
2) Go to Settings -> Application Manager. Tap on "Samsung Device Insights". Tap on "Uninstall" and tap on "OK".
