Third time installing app. It works good for a while...however when i plug an aux or wired headsets it limits the volume and wont let me put it past a certain Level.. not only that when i unplug it it renders my volume buttons useless. So i have to restart my s9 Everytime and no its not the volume limiter I've checked that already.. the only time it will stop doing this is when I uninstall the app itself then everything goes back to normal.. whats up with that?? Any answers??

Moving from an S8 to an S10e has been nothing but a downgrade...so disappointed in Samsung. This is the 3rd mess of an app I've had to download just to have standard phone features Samsung decided to strip out from their new models. And it, too, is a downgrade. This app doesn't save your settings, randomly activating/deactivating options on its own all while constantly failing to implement your chosen settings. (P.S, Samsung considers Samsung Music a third-party program.)

Separate app sound doesn't work properly, every time I want to utilise it, I have to toggle it off and on again to get it to work. I have been working with Samsung support to resolve this problem and they have shifted the blame saying it is caused by problems on 3rd party apps, I didn't know Samsung Music was a 3rd party app.

Really great app so far! Allows for a high level of customization for audio, definitely recommend. I have one gripe, which is that there's no option to adjust the volume limit on the whole device. My entire device runs audio quite loud on my wireless earbuds, (the reason I downloaded the app), and while I love having individual settings for each app, it'd be nice to set a default for all apps so I don't have to set each individually to 70% capacity.

If you're a kpop fan who streams constantly especially with melon, bugs, genie then this is for you! I recently switched phones and this is one of the first apps I downloaded straight away. I've been using this app for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! I love the ability to control the sound level for each app and to customise the sound, very helpful! It's simple yet effective, and it's not invasive on the screen at all, just some small tweaks in the settings and voilà!

Hands down one of the best apps by Samsung. I am still shocked that this functionally is not included natively in the latest one ui. We need this. Per app volume control plus the little widget that comes out to control volume is brilliant. Please include this by default in any future updates up the one ui OS.
