No ads, excellent format control, quick and simple interface that's pleasant to use. Simply a well developed app. One area that could be improved is gain control. It has automatic gain that you cannot alter but works fine in most scenarios.

Has a noise gate that you can't turn off, and contrary to the fake lead review, it has ads. Instantly deleted.

It may not have the complexity of a full sound editor but that's what's great about it. Grab & go, full screen and easy to navigate. Great settings options for bitrate/file type etc. Handy for just making that quick recording without trying to navigate a whole sound studio of options.
