This app is not reliable, especially since the latest update. Usually it's slow to load, will show you the same items you already added over and over and overall slow to click on anything or add more than one of any item. Now with the latest update it keeps having errors and can't search for items. Then when you try to checkout and reserve a time it errors and you have to close out the app multiple times before you can complete checkout. The app is full of bugs, errors and code issues!

Overall the app keeps crashing. I reserve a delivery time and when I go to check out either my time has been replaced by a later time, even tho I was in the time frame to do the shopping. Or it crashes entirely and then you can't order anything due to "technical difficulties". It also shows you the same items over and over again with no end. The inventory is also off and will say you have items in stock but by the time you've gotten them shopped there is NOTHING LEFT at all. Please fix.

Prices are a bit higher than some local competitors, but the butcher section is mostly competitive, and the quality is very good. Since the latest update to the app, I get unusable blank pages. I can't clip coupons or see the weekly ad. The app wasn't perfect before, but it was usable at least.

This app is the worst. I don't know what you've done, but since the last update, all i ever get for a message when signing in is that you're experiencing technical difficulties. It really is frustrating. I'm ready to take my delete it and take my money and shop elsewhere. We do spend a lot at shaws on groceries everywhere. Plus, stop in throughout the week to pick up a few things we've run out of. We've been loyal shaws customers for many years. I don't have the time to keep checking back...

Edit: Honestly went from an easy little app that kept track of & gave some good deals on what I buy, being rewarded sometimes for spending $$ at your store, to a hot mess with literally nothing-for-me..just extra stock they're tryna get rid of.. went from saving a few bucks to feeling like it's always tryna pick my pockets..same ol Shaws, alway squeezing extra profit somewhere.. anywhere..

You should make it easier to save coupons. Allow people to choose all or entire categories, like all veggies with 1 click. It's two time consuming to go through every single item one at a time.. You could do them by categories, meats, veggies, paper, goods, condiments, etc etc. I realize that you're trying to get some mapping done on people's favorite brands, but you know what people just aren't using the app because it's too time consuming. So you you think you're winning the war but not.
