The app if you can ever get into it is okay. The problem is they combined the shopping/rx apps into one, but the rx section doesn't recognize your old login. Fine, but it also doesn't recognize ur DOB, name, & phone number to create a new rx a/c from the old. Nope! It'll tell you your phone is already in use. Well of course it is! You have to call tech support, which is useless. Then you have to wait for IT! Why doesn't it recognize your email, phone, address, name, DOB from the old!

To anyone that experienced trouble "getting into" the app after they changed everything earlier this year (2023). The app would not let me access my Rx side and consistently asked me to login or create a new account. I am an IT guy and did everything from the user side you can, and it still failed. I think I reached out to them via an online email form or maybe it was a review and asked them to delete my account (Rx). They must have done it because I just logged in with no problem.

Having to download an app that I don't want to clip a coupon and then futz with your phone at checkout is such a colossally stupid process. Whoever created this should be drawn and quartered. If these dumb digital coupons proliferate I will be driving to the next nearest supermarket. The customer is best served by making shopping and checkout simple and fast, this is the complete opposite of that.

I wish there was a way to split the stars. 3.5 is my true rating. Every time I try to use the app over the last 2 months, today, being 22 Dec 23, I get a server error. I can't always tell what the true deal is because it won't open. I can not scan items in store for digital coupons, I can not get prices by scanning items. This gets annoying when trying to compare prices.

The app is not user friendly. When trying to search, the filters don't work (for example exciting out of stock items or limiting by brand). If an item is viewed and you go back to the search, the filters and sitting applied are reset to the default. It is useful for coupons but that's about it. Would also be nice to have online deli ordering.

The app used to work great. I mostly use it for loading coupons and the like. However, for the past few months now, the app has trouble with letting me sign in. Whether trying by phone number or email, it immediately gives a "We're sorry" technical error saying to try again later. I keep the app and my device updated and have tried multiple reinstalls. Still, I've only been able to get the app to sign in without error about 4 times all year so far. Can't check in for orders. Please fix.
