The app is so good,you can access most(if not all) services right from the app. Payment has been made easier,you can confirm the recipient of the money even before sending it,also the transaction charges are displayed there. It does not have a tedious procedure. You can just search tills and pay. I recommend the app to everyone.

Very easy to use. I love it. I wish my bank had a simple app like this. One recommendation, add a place where customers can add the till numbers they pay frequently just as you have done with bill manager. So that if, for example, i eat at the same restaurant or train at a gym frequently, I don't always have to enter the till number while paying. I can have the till numbers saved and all i have to do is to enter the amount and pay. Thank you.

Has been a very good and convenient app until recently when it started asking me to activate the app every time I try to use it. Especially when Safaricom line is not set as the default mobile data. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but that didn't fix the problem. I hope this will change one day. Until then goodbye Safaricom app.

I really love this app. It user friendly and reliable. The special thing I like about this app is when you pay for goods and services via Mpesa. The confirmation message usually comes instantly thus it makes you not waste time waiting for a confirmation text.

First the app is very convenient and very easy to use.one can directly search for a number from the phonebook.. secondly before one makes any transactions it gives the details of the person you making the transaction to before entering your pin,and this will definitely reduce the number of times one will make wrong transactions... I'ld highly recommend the app actually!I'm one happy client... Thank you..

The application is very good and convenient, but i have something to complain about: the app doesn't have a home screen widget that can be customized to at least two sizes. 4×1 (mini). 4×2 (full page). Both of these should have settings that unable's the user to customize it's transparency to different levels. There should also be colour customization to these widgets, colors like GREEN, RED, WHITE and BLACK.
