V1.5 now updated to show the same incorrect information as the web app and ios version. CASA instrument 96/17 states no flying within 3Nm from the movement area of a controlled aerodrome, not 3Nm from the airport perimeter. It can make a large difference. V1.4.1 showed correct information.

Being a new drone pilot this is a great app to have tp ensure I'm within the rules and regulations. However it becomes a little fizzy when determining exactly how far away I am from a no fly zone. The Orange zones are a little bland in their explanation at times and only imply if I'm within 5.5km of an area I can't fly there. It would be good if it determined my distance and just said yes or no, otherwise provide a measurement system so I can work it out for myself. I could use Google maps but that is not a direct line distance and rather via streets so it's useless. Would give 5 stars once this is more refined for new users such as myself.

The 5.5km rule isn't clear at all, quite confusing as to whether I can fly there, or if I become aware of an aircraft I then have to stop flying. This is probably CASA not having clear guidelines, not the app writer. A feature where I can have myself as the centre of a radius/circle(5.5km? or less, as flying VLOS no-one goes out that far) and it tells me what zones I'm in, rather than a jumble of overlapping radius's like I get in built up areas. BUT, probably the best app in the world for recreational RPAS.

Good app, but there's not enough places in Victoria where I can actually fly. The app fails to display that all Victorian national parks prohibit the use of drones and beaches are often restricted airspace too. This app should be called "Where CAN I fly?".

I hate the new update. It used to be so easy to know where you could fly and at what altitude. New update is just jibberish with no indication of max altitude. It basically just tells you don't fly here for the entire Sydney region.

Now it's working properly!!! For those foreign guys as me who got it app crash all the time, try to put you cellphone's language to english only. This action solved my crashes. Cheers!
