I'm really not sure how the app ever was before but I have to say that, I Really miss the great coupons and free gifts that I used to receive through the Mail. Are two main problems, first, it has the hardest and slowest login which always have to reset my password. Second, it's hard to find locations that accept the coupons even though these are the specified locations in the app!

Unironically, as in related to my rating, this is a great app. The savings are satisfactory and the interface is easy to navigate. However, it crashes often. Funnily enough, the preponderance of these crashes occur just as a coupon is being redeemed! Sometimes this results in an endless loop of failed attempts at a discount, but mostly, the mobile discount expires and can never be used at all. Thanks for wasting my time, 🐫. ☮️

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I miss out on most of my mobile coupons, as it's only good for five minutes but it won't let you redeem it even though your standing in the store, the map feature sucks as it show the stores at the wrong address or location. usually. 0.2 to 0.5 tenths of a mile away, it doesn't update either. Called support, lady was great, but get the run around and sent out 2 coupons in the mail. I guess I'll delete it. Oh yeah, the back feature doesn't work.

I really liked and enjoyed the old app from about 2012/2013.. it was alot more fun,super easy to do what you wanted and needed to do. The contests and games rocked! I never had an issue ... my opinion... they screwed it all up by changing it. I completely stopped going to the app. After the mail out coupons were taken away. Then I never even turned back. I went to see what Marlboro was all about and found my comfort again but with Marlboro. I'd change back but not til it's back to how it was..

This app is very convenient to have. It offers coupons for a tobacco products at your closest convenience stores near you. However the app only allows a five minute time frame to use coupon once selected. I feel like there shouldn't be a time limit to use the coupon as long as it's used. Sometimes the store selection is difficult to choose in your area and or sometimes they don't have the right store near you in your selection process. Overall it's still a very good app to use for free coupons

It's becoming increasingly difficult to use the coupons. I just tried to use the $10 off a carton at a national chain gas station that has always accepted them with no issues. The cashier tried for the 5 minutes allotted and couldn't scan it. It kept scanning as an item and not a coupon and said sale not allowed. And of course you can't resave the coupon once you've selected a store. I've had similar issues at other stores. Some have a work around for that problem and it works sometimes.
