Aplikasi Ilmu Mengenal Diri Terlengkap - Bagi yang berminat untuk Mempelajari Ilmu Mengenal Diri mengikut kaedah Alam Diri, adalah perlu dimulakan dengan menyucikan diri zahir dan batin dengan Mandi Rawatan. Setelah sekurang-kurangnya seminggu selepas Mandi Rawatan barulah boleh mula mempelajari Ilmu Mengenal Diri mengikut kaedah Alam Diri.

Kaedah Mempelajari Ilmu Mengenal Diri:

Ada berbagai kaedah untuk mengenal diri dari berbagai aliran, namun mengikut kaedah Alam Diri, anda perlu untuk dimandikan sebanyak tujuh kali pada malam jumaat iaitu selama tujuh minggu (dinamakan sebagai mandi 7) dan akan dikhatamkan setelah itu. Kelihatannya masa yang diambil untuk belajar terlalu singkat, tetapi Tiada yang mustahil jika Allah berkehendak untuk anda memahaminya kerana hanya Allah yang dapat memberi faham.

Antara tujuan menyucikan diri sebanyak tujuh kali itu adalah untuk memahami dan meningkatkan darjat setingkat demi setingkat akan tujuh tingkatan nafsu iaitu:

• Nafsu Ammarah ( Jahat )
• Nafsu Lawwamah ( Mencela )
• Nafsu Mulhamah ( Ilham )
• Nafsu Mutmainnah ( Tenang )
• Nafsu Radhiah ( Redha )
• Nafsu Mardhiah ( Meredhai )
• Nafsu Kamilah ( Sempurna )
