Terrible customer service. There will be growing pains. You will get many spam emails while signing up which if you respond to, no one will reply to help. They ran my card without permission for a helmet i explicitly told them I'd buy later. App got stuck and took 4 days and 11 emails/calls/texts to go thru. Then I had to wait 5 more days for a scooter. My advice, apply thru the app then immediately call customer service or your app may never go thru.

Fun scooter. Easy rental process. Extra money for delivery is totally worth it. Been doing food deliveries with the yellow zoom. The food box on the back is very convenient. I cant wait for a second battery rental option. Also a referral program on the app would surely bump up business. People are always asking questions about the scooter. I'm on my second week of rental and the scooter has paid for its rental fee with 1 delivery a day.

We picked up our new PICO ICON Delivery bike today at the La Cienega location and if it wasn't for Orlando following through with the process we would of went somewhere else, however for Orlando making those special arrangements in order for us to get us out the door so quickly means more to us than anything. We are definitely telling all our friends first about Orlando and the PICO bikes and how great the service is. Thanks again ORLANDO for all your help. You are one valuable member @ PICO.

I am blown away with the service that I have received with this company. Any issue, even if it is very small, is taken very serious. Any time I bring up an idea, they listen to it. I have never had a company that does that.

We went to Pico bikes to get a bike for my husband and the customer service was outstanding from Orlando. He followed thru repeatedly on our order and made sure we were happy. He literally went out of his way to be of service. This shows me that he has integrity when it comes to his job. Orlando is definitely an asset to this company and I truly appreciate all his hard work!!
