Great...when it works, which isn't nearly often enough for the amount you pay for a subscription. There's always something wrong with the app, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled it in an attempt to fix it more than all the other apps on my phone put together. Customer service is practically nonexistent, and their online FAQs are hilariously inadequate.

My app has a glitch. It always plays the same songs while shuffling and only shuffles the number to A list. I have 1000+ songs and it never plays them. Im paying for an app to listen to the first 50 songs over and over. I have to scroll through the playlist to the B section and hit shuffle just to get it started. Then when it does, it stops playing mid song just to go back to the first song on the list, number songs -A list! Im almost over it. Whats the probplem???

The latest update removed base boost settings that created a poor listening experience. No amount of adjustments to the "equalizer" playback setting seems to restore the better sound quality of the previous release. 7/3 I installed a recent update and now oddly the last third of the songs on my "tracks" list no longer will play. Every update is a new adventure.

I have been able to get through the covid lockdown and my partner being care giver for her Dad, Mother, and Grandmother. I am able to select the music to fill the void that exists because my partner is not with me.

Tracks won't play! I try to play random tracks and it just plays the first track on my track list. It was frustrating when this occurs when I'm driving.

So I started Napster with the mentality that its a radio service, but its more of a music downloader. At first it was a pain to navigate the UI, it is kind of obtuse. I suggest to search for artist and then add the albums and songs to library. You can choose to download the songs to your device if you want or stream. Do not rely on the genre labels, it's a mess. Finally, the Napster library is huge, but every now again it will be missing albums, songs by an artist.
