One thing I like about this app is the multiple styles of learning. For example, I can start off by trying to type a translation in before seeing the answer, or wait until after to test my memory. I can say it both before or after. I can do all three. The whole time, there are explanations for each step of the way as it builds in complexity.

Love this app! Very step-by-step kind of learning and is perfect for beginners. I think it helps to have started just a little bit before so you can at least recognize common words and patterns to the sentence structure, but as a secondary source of learning german it has helped me slow down and really pay attention to certain grammar mistakes that I made. It helps break down the process a lot, which I needed. It may not look as shiny or pretty as other apps, but it sure does the job

German is a beautiful language so I downloaded duolingo to start with and found it confusing because of how verbs and pronouns change. I'm the kind of person that has to have it broke down little by little so I can really get it and downloading this app has really helped me understand a lot more I do this along with my duolingo.

It's a great program but I have 1 yr of German and need more repetition and control of progress of lessons (my pace) so I have to uninstall and reinstall to get the lessons/levels repeated until I'm competent to move forward in higher lessons. When upgrades work that option into their app - will happily give a well deserved 5 stars.

I sincerely appreciate this app. You could learn German just by using this app. I use all kinds of apps. However, this one is my favorite. So much so that I got all all of the fastlingo apps except English. I ALREADY SPEAK ENGLISH LOL

Better and more fun than Duolingo (imho At 4496 you got a typo there...instead of übliche should be übrige). Duolingo now disabled its community input aka grammar metainfo (exceptions, examples,synonyms, jargon, etymology, jokes, collocations, word order).
