The SmartSpending service itself is great, I love the discounts, but the app can be very buggy. Please add a wallet feature where you can store your instant cards and show the remaining balance! The app only shows the full balance, and checking the current balance is tedious, especially when you have to keep doing it over and over again, every time you go into the app!! You have to go to the retailers site and type in the card numbers each time to see if the card still has a balance. Adding a wallet showing the actual balance would bring mu rating to 5 stars!

I've used this a lot. Very buggy though, I've had to reinstall several times, it sometimes force logs you out. Currently it isn't allowing gift cards to be purchased through app. It asks for you to re enter your Cc info and then blames the bank. I contacted the bank and they never received the request for charge. Same vendor, same card has no problems purchasing through web browser login portal.

The app is very cumbersome to use. Not only it takes you through hoops having to reconfirm details when making a payment, but also when trying to access the vouchers, with the never-ending 'prove you're a human' challenges. Really, really annoying. And it doesn't let me take screenshots of the vouchers so I could save them in my phone and avoid the hassle!!! Supermarkets don't always have decent enough wifi to be able to access the vouchers while in a shop. Xexec app was so, so much better.

The discounts are handy and the app is just about adequate, but very cumbersome and could easily be streamlined. Topping up, viewing balances, and accessing vouchers all take some time, which can be very frustrating - particularly when standing at the till, desperately hoping the app doesn't crash, or that you can get just enough signal to load the barcode. For some reason the app needs more signal than the average webpage, so in some shops it's simply not usable.

Been using a this app for a while. Today in store try and access the instant vouchers and it keeps crashing. Up untill now has been fine, bit cumbersome but not bad. The problem has been fixed and yes it was a single voucher. Suggestion: I have seen messages/ovrlays popup. Something similar for issues letting you know and a link to a work a round would improve the user experience (UX). Have to mention I logged the issue and got a response within an hour. 24 hrs later advised of work a round

Felt like scammed, twice. They took the money but didnt get the voucher when I needed it the mos. First, last year I tried to buy for my accomodation so I had to cancel my travel for work. Second, today I was at the counter to pay whilst getting the voucher when it failed and the money was taken. Very dissappointing and embarassing. I had to cancel my purchase for my late Christmas gift to my wife. Never again and I think you can do better than that. I wish my company look for something better.
