This new 'app' is just a link to the website. You can look up your old loyalty number, but there is no way to apply it to your purchase. If you receive a phone call or text and try to go back into this app, it will reset you back to the home screen and you will lose any progress you have made towards buying tickets. The service fee used to be $1.25 per transaction. With this new developer, it is now per ticket. I was driving 25 minutes to support a local theater, not anymore. Off to the mall!

Apparently they disabled the old app and want everyone to switch to this one. But they don't tell you that anywhere. I only found that from a clerk at the theater when I mentioned that I could not get the app to work anymore. This is not an app, it is just the website in a container. It does not allow you to store your account or use your rewards card. It charges a convenience fee for each TICKET you buy, where the previous app only charged it once per ORDER. This is very frustrating. My family goes here for all our movies, but we may just switch to a different theater if they are going to do things like this. Please fix the app!

A little communication goes a long way. They switched to this new app and didn't tell anyone. And, there is a "convienence fee" of $1.25 PER TICKET. I guess they have to pay for all the new stuff somehow. You would think that being a local theater, they would want to communicate and involve the local residents who have supported them for years. But they can't even respond to these reviews. Poor management practices. Very unprofessional.

the new app fee has made me go elsewhere now. as all stated new app is B.S. per ticket fee No way. we have been going to this local theatre for years. always try to support local shops, go back to previous app, way better. now I can save time to go closer to stupid idea's and fees. thanks no longer have my money and supporting locally. Great job Yelm cinema's. poor employees who need job's to blew it for them.

This is not a real app, it jut displays the website. They now make you pay a surcharge for each ticket you buy, the old app charged 1 fee no matter no many tickets you bought. You can't save gift card or credit cards, you have to enter it each time. I don't think they really thought this change over through, they went backwards by 10 years.

Absolute trash app compared to the old one ZERO stars if I could. There is no proof of purchase or order history in the app. No loyalty rewards that works and stays active. The move from the old app to this new highly less improved app really feels like a decision that would have been made by a billion dollar corporation. Not a sensible change that you often see with local businesses. In the words of the High Sparrow "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME"
