I have been shopping on the Rue la la app for approximately three years & four months,It's been great! Customer service is excellent with response times. I haven't had any problems with my orders being processed or shipping thus far. I'm happy to say that I can now shop with the option to use Afterpay at check out. Now, I try to shop as often as I can for the items that I want on Rue la la...it's definitely worth it!!! The items that I have purchased are excellent quality & they pack them well!

The app works well. However their problem resolution is horrible. I received a bogus order. They responded with sending a return label via email after I explained that I do not have a home printer. I also explained there is not a Fed Ex near by to have them print the label. We decided to just keep the ugly sheet set. I will NEVER purchase from this company ever again. This was my first and last order. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my ill experience. DISSAPOINTING!!
