The app is a bit quirky as it seems designed for restaurants, not consumers, and the product selection is a mix of restaurant supply and home use, but the prices are great, quality is good, the search feature works well and the customer service is way better than I'm used to. It reminds me of stories my grandparents told me about the professional salesmen of their era. Every single page has a "Can't find what you're looking for?" button, and they are on top of that, usually responding to requests while I'm still browsing.

The item descriptions are not always clear, and they do not show exactly what the package you will receive looks like, which caused me to buy items I would not have otherwise at the price. Moreover, the prices fluctuate quite frequently, even within the same day, and multiple items that may be available will be out of stock when you try to checkout. I find it to be quite a frustrating shopping experience, and would rather rely on local grocery stores or Costco for bulk items.

Such a terrible service. The app works fine, but the delivery aspect is an utter disaster. Orders are just suggestions, after dozens of orders, I did not receive a single complete order. They are not willing to work with businesses for delivery time or schedules. They constantly try to make deliveries 2-3 hours after we close up shop. This plays credence to the saying, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

I think it's ridiculous that they charge you $50.00 for delivery no matter where your business is located. My business is literally 8 minutes away from the restaurant depot and they still charge me $50.00 to deliver products doesn't matter if it's one item or 200. So instead I went to restaurant depot and got a membership and just will start picking and packing items directly from the store to my store.

Prices are estimates only and change frequently. It was too late for me to cancel when I saw the price of my product increased by more than 25%. Okay app if you can find what you need and want little contact upon drive up consumer pick up, but not worth the price fluctuations. Delivery people were friendly.
