Takes 17 18 attempts to play a single lecture as app crashes or does not loads video Concept clarity is not there especially in chem as videos are not that good live class would be better

Don't purchase any product from resonance specially Distance learning program courses, they don't provide material in time. I am the sufferer. I paid full price in advance for purchasing course of IX class for my daughter 2 months back, but I didn't get course till now and there is no response from the team of resonance.
