I read some of the other comments about the error message. I was getting the same thing and very frustrated I could bit open it. I updated the app and it is back to working perfectly. I would try updating it and if that does not work unistall and reinstall it again.

The app needs a more modern smooth touch to it. It would be great if it didnt redirect you to the website.

Easy to use but now cant access. When i click on app i get Error message telling me im not online to reconnect. I am online. Fix this please

Was good for about a month then started telling me I was always offline. Tried reinstalling multiple times but still can't get it to work on a Note 4.
