The app on android at least, doesn't allow me to create an absence notification. We have looked, the last few times, and it isn't there. Also instead of allowing you to go back on Android, you can only exit. At least it tells you to tap the second time to exit. This is either poorly designed or designed for iPhone alone - oh, same thing!

Sending notifications is difficult as frequently it won't allow me to log in, which is a pain if you have a sick child at home! (otherwise I'd give it more stars) Receiving them is not a problem.

This is a terrible app. Logging in almost never works, the absence reporting has suddenly disappeared, and much of the main page is simply links to websites. The old safe arrival app was much better.

It's a fantastic site and very easy to use. Only issue is when trying to log in for messages and absences, I have to log in, log out then log back in again for absence to show up. Other than that, I love this app.

downloading it yet again to see if the report attendance function reappears. this app is terrible, but sadly mandatory for school.😡 Update this app is complete garbage, if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. IT NEVER WORKS TO REPORT ABSENCE!!!

absence reporting seems to have crashed for some reason. It not longer works. App has been deleted. I'm not impressed.
