Garbage app, always was, always will be. Unstable - back in the days of being just pins it would crash randomly or have trouble keeping login, now it's just crashes on startup. The points collection is cumbersome, some rewards from stamps have not been credited etc. Unless they'll significantly improve the app - steer away from it, save nerves. Airbaltic, you're operating in the most advanced IT countries, hire a good dev team, not some interns.

Cant log in even after updating my password to a new one. Can't find anything, regards my bookings, I'm looking for on this app when it did log me in once. Is this the only app for airBaltic ?

The app is deceiving users by promising free luggage, which turns out heavy cabin luggage, not checked in luggage.

Out of all my apps this is the most dysfunctional and here are some things. 1- It doesn't retain your email or password for easy login. 2- It consistently crashes or hangs up upon login. 3- it redirects you to book a flight. 4- It does not apply the pins to your new booking. 5- You can't use your upgrades when booking a new flight. 6- the security certificate is expired, so it is now an untrusted site. These are 6 off the top of my head that I experience over and over again.

Not sure why you all complaining, I think it's a nice app. For instance, today I received an email saying that on my next flight I can select my favorite seat in the aircraft free of charge. So, I don't know what's with the 1-star reviews - this app should be perceived as a complimentary addition to my flying experience, nothing else. Before, I was just flying, today, I can do the same but with a little extra.
