Was working fine but then something changed. I was always able to log in on the app. Now when I try all it does is load my child's picture and sit on loading. I've tried contacting the company and they say I have no account. I do have an account and am able to log in online and up until yesterday through the app as well. Im not sure what changes may have taken place but was trying to give a heads up to the company but they don't seem to understand. Its a shame because it was so convenient

There are not enough characters for me to accurately rate this app. It is absolute garbage. Takes forever to load. When it does finally load, it crashes or blank white screen or some other student's information. On the rare occasion it does work when I switch between kids or classes...you guessed it, it crashes. Absolutely infuriating. Where are the devs? Haven't had a word to say to users in years.

I uninstalled and installed the app again and it won't let me log in. I contacted the it support department and they told me that once this action is performed it is not possible to login again. Please look into this matter.

Not working half of the time, stuck on load screen forever with a ridiculous interface.

When it works it is great to be able to see all the students hw, tests, quizzes, etc. It often does not work. I can not uninstall the app on my cell phone and had to get a link from the school after the first marking period when I was unable to access the information. Now after mid terms. I can no longer get any information again. It states they have encountered fault while fetching data. It is extremely frustrating. I am not impressed!

Credentials work perfectly fine on desktop version but not on this app. Totally worthless since can't register school of my kids!
