I think it's totally obnoxious and unacceptable that points cannot be redeemed on on-demand rentals! I don't even own a DVD player anymore, but the whole rewards system is useless if you don't use DVDs. I'm sure many people still use them but they are getting to be outdated, hence the actual Redboxes becoming more and more sparse. Come on, Redbox. Do your loyal users better! Start letting us use our points on on-demand rentals!!

The app is so dadgum aggravating. I'd be watching a movie, off and on during the movie, a.. "AN ERROR OCCURRED" comes up. I have to start the movie all over again. I'm watching one now. It's already happened 3 times (44 mins. into the movie). I have no problems with my other 4 streaming apps. Just this Redbox app. If it wasn't for me having to start the movie all over again, I would give this app 5 stars.

Wonderful app, I love reserving online so I get what I want and there's no guessing if itll be there or not and I don't waste time or gas! Also makes it easier to watch from home. The only downfall with streaming instead of going to the box is it's $2 more (give or take a few cents) so if you live more than a couple miles to a box then it's a steal but for people like me that live 2min or less to a redbox its not worth the $2.

I must disclose that I am a former employee of Redbox, from when they were just the vending kiosks only. I did not use the app as I typically find any movie or TV show that I wish to see on other streaming services. However I was looking for a particular show and was informed that it was streaming only on the app. Sadly the search function was not able to find it. Browsing doesn't find it either. I can't provide my full review due to text restrictions.

I really enjoy redbox! It's easy to use and a fairly seamless process. Plus the point system is excellent! Love getting points with each rental and the surprise promos in my email are awesome! ***Update two years later** I still feel the same! I love redbox!

Love renting online and being able to reserve movies prior to going to kiosk! But now i love streaming my movies without having to leave my house and I'm really disappointed to find i can't use my points towards streaming! But did see you are planning to add this soon and I'll be thankful when you do! Thank you Redbox!
