There is a lot of follow up u must do with them and monitoring u must do on your end on the points amount if not tally, whether transactions are missing, whether cashback transferred. Cycle time is very long 4 to 6 weeks. From the response given by their customer service, a lot of manual process and reporting. So far purchases done with 3 of the partners: L*, Z* and Sh*.

Many pending rebates more than 3 months still not available to cashbacks. Will not recommended. Also the app recently cannot access, hang at koading page. Hope don't close down so soon. Not when i get my withdrawal.

POOR TRACKING on purchases made with mediocre interface. The app failed to track my (Shopee) purchases on a few occasions despite doing the recommended steps of clearing cart, history and only click from the RM app. Tried to appeal only to be given "standard replies", and be told that failure in tracking is "rare". Disappointing platform as it is always like Russian roulette to see if your purchases get successfully tracked. Only plus point is a vast number of choices for rewards are available.

notification on valid purchases are really slow.. days and when it comes, all the values are 0 - which is pointless Update : I'm logged in but all my earned rewards show $0.00 now. So Rebate mango is slow ..and forgetful. It's a pointless app now

Dont bother with this app. Almost $150 worth of cashback was rejected and when I emailed them to clarify, they stopped responding halfway.

I am not sure this works at all, i have used this for months and still zero confirmed, worst the dollar value keep reducing by the day.
