Gained points shopping and the app won't even open for me to use it. Been complaining for nearly two weeks and emailed as well and got absolutely no feedback and the app still isn't working. It would be a lovely app if it actually worked but as it is it's just there to take up space on my phone and serve as a reminder of the points I could be using if it was actually useful.

I got the problem fixed by one of your retailers. They really went above and beyond to rectify it for me. I now have access to my point and can use the whole app. It really is a great app with great rewards.

The app seems to be glitching and opens with a pop up that says, "Session token is expired" even though it wasn't previously in use. Plus it never updated my reward points for Pita Pit twice even though it was scanned .
