Have had an on again, off again relationship with chess my whole life. ADHD has always made it difficult to see the board as a whole and to move pieces in collaboration with one another. This is exactly the kind of thing that a player like me needs. The explanations, though highly detailed, are not so complicated that a player with a working knowledge of the game can't follow them. Excellent work on the app! I've already seen marked improvement in my game strategy. Thanks!

A MUST NEED FOR THE BEGINNER. Teaches about all different chess pieces, what they can do and how each piece can move. Has tutorials to learn the basic understanding of rules and strategies for the beginning chess player to gain a fun and challenging interest in chess. If you don't know how to play chess, this is a must download. Plus it has 300 videos to learn from. I am very grateful for this app. Because I never knew how to play chess but now I do. THANK YOU

The answer to this puzzle f2-f4 is incorrect. Moving that pawn doesn't place the King in check. In fact, going through more puzzles there are other incorrect answers, as well as multiple answers to some puzzles. The puzzle portion of this app seems to have been overlooked when it came time for quality control. Fun app otherwise.

I haven't checked out all the options yet but so far its a good guide for beginners to learn how to play chess. Some of the checkmate puzzles are incorrect i believe.
