This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Dashboard for Diablo 3 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I like it but it doesnt do what i was needing. I was hoping it'd be like D3 planner where you can make items and put on a character tp see how the damage and health of your character change. This one just shows the items on your character if they have nothing on then it shows that i would like to see a "save" feature where you can save character builds and go back and review them to see if there's any possible changes you can construct. With that i might give 5 stars

Takes a little bit to get used to how it's arranged, but you can get to just about everything you could want. I have no suggestion for how to make it more intuitive, but trust that it does a lot more than it seems at first, and click around.
