My experience was different than most of the other reviewers. It updates just fine and seems to work well on my phone. I'm uninstalling though because I'm at Iwakuni and it offers no support or resources for this base.

Completely unreliable! I uninstalled because evertime I tried to use it would not load or download PDFs. MWR needs to put some their money into updates to correct problems with the app!
