I used to really like this app but a few weeks ago it stopped working and will no longer load! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times but to no avail. It seems lots of other people have this problem but no response from Rappler. If the app starts working again I will give 4 stars instead of the one star I am now giving.

There are a couple of glaring problems with this app (I have no issue with the news agency itself) eventually made me delete it. You can't pinch to zoom -- my biggest issue. And the byline photos are as large as the full-size article photos. That's so weird.

It doesn't work on my Samsung A20s. I recently installed it and been trying to make it work for a week. Theres an error on loading page and it won't load anything. I'll try again next week and change the rating once it's fixed.

Has not updated since July 12 I've done all the usual things such clear the cache, uninstall, turn the phone off, turn the phone on and reinstall. It can't load anything. I really enjoy Rappler. Please fix.

Always loved the app and its reporting but for a few days now there's always an error loading articles. I also deleted and reinstalled the app but it's still impossible to load articles.

Had to uninstall as it stopped working. I used to rely on this app for local news. Sad that it stopped working amidst the pandemic where it's crucial to get reliable news resources.
