App is really convenient and you can see the sales easily. Challenge is that sometimes you can't find all the items you can in the store, so either they are missing or are not coded the same way. Also from time to time, you can't pay online because that feature isn't working properly.

App would be better if it didn't open up the shopping options menu when selecting just the location for list option and making me select the option twice in order to change the location. The store in my town doesn't offer pick-up nor delivery, in-store is my only option, this is rather inconvient because the app also seems to reset my location setting every time I open the app again despite me having location data turned on for my phone and the app has permission to use it.

Such a wonderful tool, especially during this pandemic. Allows me to avoid entering the store, and I can choose to pickup my order or have it delivered. Upgrades to app have made it easier to use and much more reliable. Thank you!

The app is NOT user-friendly. You must be prepared to devote considerable time to input a rather basic order. It is time consuming as well as not error-free. If it wasn't for the extreme hight of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I could drive to/from the store from Sun City Roseville, shop and checkout quicker than using the Raleys app.

Cluttered app, tough to find important features in app. Shopping list link is hidden in the middle below the 'install app' link. Not sure why app has install App link other than it is a poor version of the website overlay. App is slow and hangs on open pop-ups. Basket icon at top right does not work

The checkout experience is broken. I can't toggle and other app to get my password without crashing the app. The search experience is much better the the web version!
