The app will not allow me to check out. I've tried PayPal and card. Extremely frustrating, waste of time and energy.

I pressed the order cancel button on error but I didn't get pop up saying "are you sure I want to cancel". I called customer support to undo my cancel and they said place a new order. Disappointed & don't want to add items 1 by 1 again so not placing the order.

I'm not sure how I feel about this company. The first ordered I placed was processed & accepted with the funds took out of my account only to mysteriously have the ordered canceled 10 hours later. Called the support team & they said a refund would be issued in 7-9 business days. Seems rather shady for an order to be canceled after funds were already collected

Some of the clothing/boots, sneakers r made cheap, and fall apart. I got boots🙆♀️the in sides of the boots soles we're only half the size do there's a big lump
