Used to work fine but since the Jun 2021 update, I cant access to "I'm on my way" button, so it's useless. The button is off the screen, and I cant reduce the size of that screen to access it. I'm going to try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, to see if that helps. But prior to the update it was a good app.

Just used this app for the first time but it didn't improve restaurant communication, still took 18 mins to deliver food (even though it was ready) to car 🙄

Sat in front of the restaurant after it told me they were notified. 15 minutes later I called and asked......."Oh, we were wondering where you were. We have it here. We'll be right out". Worthless app.

pretty much everything about this app is done well. The only future I'm not fond of is that it seems to use GPS to let the store know when you've actually arrived. If the stores in a shopping center with other businesses and you happen to go to one of those first the employee who brings you your items may be standing outside for a while waiting for you. I feel bad to think that I may be causing hard-working employee to stand outside in 115 degree weather waiting for me.

OMG! The process was so smooth. I didn't have to notify the store that I was there. They were automatically notified by FlyBuy and FlyBuy knew from the GPS.
