Cannot use this in my Samsung tablet as app tells me there is no Internet connection???!!! even when I am online using tablet for other things. I have reinstalled it to no avail and am still awaiting an answer from the helpline from months ago. It works fine on my Phone, PC and Laptop. I'm at a loss re this

They are the WORST at sending notifications if your NOT glued to your email then forget it cuz notifications Don't work on the App so your SCREWED & ever since they have swithed over to this new B.S you can start a survey be over half way thru it or even a couple questions to the end and it will screen you out its the WORST if i could gove 0 stars i would & im not the only 1 complaining how bad & UNFAIR this survey site has become ! ! ! The Benefits QUICKER payout ! ! !

The new QuestionPro service is terrible compared to the previous one and it's so slow, hopefully it's just teething problems. The new app is very poor too, it doesn't say what each survey is worth which the website does. Also, the images are not in proportion which is pretty amateurish, as a graphic designer this offends me!

So slow it times out. I only got this because the web version no longer has a back button after completing a survey. After submitting every page it takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes to load the next one. It used to be instant. There can easily be over 10 questions in a survey, so it's just not worth it.

Need help, tried to cash out, let me enter my email address then crashed, when I went back in my points had gone. Never received payment, or refund of points. Tried to email customer support but never got a reply!!!

The new platform is incredibly slow. You can take a nap inbetween the questions after pressing the next button. Terrible. Old platform was much better.
