Many features missing, even the simplified/traditional toggle is not working. Pretty much unusable. Missing cards, avatar frames and a lot of stuff I paid for on the Chinese app, the latest version of which makes my phone crash. So 起点 is useless now.

I had been using the app a long time with no problem on my iphone but suddenly was not able to log in anymore and finally managed to log in from my Android phone, only to find that yes the book shelf is mine, but I have no more money in my account and my monthly subscription if 起點暢享卡 is gone too, even though u was just charged for it TODAY! I cannot figure out how to contact customer service and I don't figure this out soon I may run out of patience and look for other apps!

I enjoy the app alot. but the app clashed yesterday and when I re login, all my credits and points were lost! and I cant read all the books anymore. all these issue happen after I update the app. kindly rebook into this asap. thanks

I was reading and suddenly got log out. After I login again all my credits and subscribed chapters are gone. And I have to pay again to read my already paid subscribed chapters. I contacted the Line account but no one replied.
