Purple Circle is our Organizational-Connect Platform at Dr.Reddy’s. It is a single place to keep abreast with organizational stories as well as relevant external news curated from across the web.
a. Our Purpose is to engage our employees with strategic content – which helps drive organizational goals as well as increases employee knowledge – using an collaborative mobile interface
b. To achieve the purpose, Purple Circle brings the following to you:
i. Organizational content, which is distributed across several interesting forms
1. Magazines – these are stories from across the organization which are published in the form of newsletters or magazines today. For example, Elixir.
2. Organizational Channels – Purple Circle allows us to create channels of news or stories which are relevant to the entire organization or even a specific group of employees. Strategic initiatives like Data Integrity or Business units like Manufacturing can have their own channels where they engage with employees.
ii. External content – we bring content from curated sources across the internet on topics that are relevant to us.
c. What makes Purple Circle all the more exciting is that it gives you the chance to interact with these stories in several interesting ways:
i. Comment on an article and start a conversation!
ii. Bookmark an article to save it for later reading
iii. Like an article
