After spending over £200 for a speaker this is what you get as an app its impossible to use, it took me over two hours to connect it to my Wi-Fi and then it keeps falling out, I've got the Discoveryr and I'm returning it to amazon as again its just so frustrating to get it to work all the time.

The StreamR Splash is an awesome device let down by this app. The Alexa function will only work if you disconnect and reconnect in the phones Bluetooth settings. Once you turn off the Pure speaker Alexa won't work again. The same repetitive Alexa voice telling you to open the app blah blah blah.

Terrible the app keeps closing and doesn't recognise the QR code. I've installed then uninstalled and still whatever the fault is persists. Waste of money and a waste of my time.

Had huge difficulties setting alexa up and impossible with note10 as app crashes so used older samsung j6. But fought my way through on j6 and eventually got it working. Is a well made good sounding and feature packed device would give 5 stars if setup worked and good luck setting yours up too.

Doesn't include their older Pure Jongo series even that it states 'any pure products with a companion app' and their other app doesn't even work
