I've been waiting for this app to arrive for easier shopping and haven't had any issues navigating or using the app. I'm mostly a shoe shopper. My only wish is that when I'm browsing, I want to be able to swipe through the images of the shoes without having to select the shoe and pull it up so it's the only item on the page. I'm able to do this if the item has more than one color scheme by first selecting the color drop down but if it only comes in one color, I have to open it to see all images

They deducted my money twice, I have the payment confirmation emails, but the item is still in cart and no order had been placed. It's been a few days since this happened and I reached out. Not even getting proper response and they closed my ticket without refunding me or confirming the order. Didn't expect such experience from a brand like this. Seems like a scam!! Please refund my money asap!!!!!

Seems like a scam!! Today I have selected the item and made payment online. After that,the money got deducted from my account but the item is still shown in the cart. The order section says that I haven't placed any orders yet even after the money got deducted from my end.If possible solve this issue right away and make the delivery successfully or just refund the money ASAP.Done dealing with poor services.They don't even have a direct customer service.Such pathetic international brand service!!

I have ordered an item for which I have selected Amazon Pay as a payment method. My payment was successful. Money got debited. But my order was not placed. My item was still in the cart and and asking for payment again. No customer service support. I raised the ticket but not getting any reply yet. After 7 days of order I got my money back.

BEWARE!! Pathetic Application. Don't buy from it!! I ordered 3 shoes from it. 2 shoes it showed as "payment not accepted" and nothing is showing in the "Order History". So I ordered those shoes again from other payment gateway, from it also 1 pair is not showing in "Order History". Surprisingly the previous 2 shoes are delivered and 3 shoes ordered later are also delivered now. I have to return 4 pair of shoes but in Application it is showing just 2 pairs. I can't retur any pair now. I AM STUCK.

I've placed order , amount has been deducted but the order is not visible in the puma app from where the order has been placed , not even received confirmation email to my mobile number or email that I have entered while placing the order , tried reaching out the support team haven't received any response , cannot expect such bad experience from PUMA . Requesting team to look into the issue as early as possible .. Thank you.
