great experience. made my recovery easier.

Great idea, but buggy. It wouldn't let me record my journal entries any more. Contacting the surgical team worked well, and it allowed me to know what the surgical team wanted me to do during my recovery, but the suggested physical therapy did not seem coordinated with the physical therapist.

The app was good until time ran out. It said I would have access to the exercise videos after the time ran out but it says no videos available.

About this app

Simplify Recovery. Streamline Care. Optimize Outcomes.

Pulse was created with these three goals in mind to help patients and providers improve post-operative recovery. This platform facilitates educating the patient and improving communication between the patient and provider team. As the patient’s primary resource during recovery, Pulse eliminates the unknown and engages the patient to have a healthy and complete recovery. In addition, Google Fit will monitor your steps, heart rate and overall daily activity to provide your doctor with the most accurate information possible. This platform has been designed by surgeons, surgical teams, and patients to optimize outcomes, so care can remain focused on the most important person – the patient.
