Somewhere in comments was written that the black screen was resolved. I'm still having the issue. Is there a way to resolve it? ... I can't write another post and i don't want to delete the upper one. The app works perfectly now and we are all enjoying it. Thank you for a great costumer support!

My son got the dinosaur coloring book for his birthday, decided to get on to try to use this app. My son was so excited to be able to do this like what it shows in the video that you guys have on here but when I get on to scan it shows black screen and nothing like the video shows it should be.
