Приложение просто открывает страницу портала госуслуг, что можно и через браузер сделать. Но тут ещё и реклама прикручена

About this app

В приложении можно проверить наличие штрафов зафиксированных камерами города Бишкек в рамках проекта "Безопасный город". Есть два раздела: в первом можно написав номер любой машины и узнать почти всю информацию о авто, это особенно удобно перед покупкой автомобиля, можно узнать в каком году машина была завезена в страну сколько раз переоформлялась, имеются ли штрафы, состоит ли в залоге аресте и так далее. Во втором разделе пользователям достаточно ввести ПИН владельца или ИНН юридического лица и госномер транспортного средства для получения сведений о штрафах.

Для работы приложения нужна подключение в интернет.
