for several times I tried to get the confirmation code but It won't be sent at all. once it was sent but after about 3 hours. the CS agent which called me to follow up, actually didn't do anything to solve the issue, only a meaningless SMS was sent to me as confirmation that the service is working but nothing worked at all.
