Absolutely awful app and terrible customer service. It should not be expected that we pay additional costs if our vehicle and card information is correct in the app. Also, when I challenged the charge they told Kredinor that I hadn't downloaded the app. Which I can prove that I did. How many people are being bullied into paying additional charges?

Disappointing, after I installed the application, register everything, I did not get the parking notification, I waited and finally invoice came home with additional costs. Useless. I was parking at Kongeparken, Ålgård.

Not easy to use at all. Why do we need so many of these parking apps.. If you plan to buy a fancy parking solution, please do a review of the parking apps before you commit to a new solution like this one from from easypay. In my experience this is the worst of the 5 I need to use regularly. If you don't use it, your parking fee doubles because of admistrative fees from the company ( business model?).

Waisted time signing up and I can't start the timer. It does not look like the pictures. All options to click on does not work. Also useless if you don't understand Norwegian.
