Video lecture is full of cuts & edits.. there is interrupting sound of merging / pause-resume while listening to lectures on good quality headphones ! That sound after every 5-10 sec is disturbing

This video lectures in this app doesn't play smoothly there r many lags during video playback even after downloading it. I have tried on multiple tablets but it is same. I also tried contacting Prepladder to solve this video lagging issue on tabs but no solution provided till date. I have purchased a new tablet of 20000 just for watching video lectures on it but couldn't. My 20000 got wasted and Prepladder also is not able to fix the issue. Very pathetic.
