The app is good. Even the payment went smooth. The only problem I faced is the credit minutes. I guess the app doesn't calculate it accurately. Instead it reduces it by a large amount. Even by a hundred sometimes just for a 10min video. 2min are cut even if I just open the app. Videos aren't opening since the last update.Please help.

What the heck wrong with this app ,it just gets crashed . If i download a video ,i'm unable to watch it. It has been two years since the launch of this app and you still don't have significant updates to fix bugs . So much carelessness from the prepladder technical team. Please try to resolve my issue asap.

Such a slow app ,videos take a lot of time to get start plus it buffer alot ,no benefit of downloaded videos thy also starts online

The app is pretty good,and I'm happy with it.There was some technical problem ,but technical team resolved it .And overall good experience.

Once the video is saved it's not playing in the saved section nor in the online mode please consider this issue.

When I download the video, the download is done but the video does not play. It is also happening in the pathology and other app lectures.
