In my iPad it's playing without any problems..but though I have logged myself out of other devices,in my samsung phone I couldn't play the videos..a pop up stating that 'This video is being played in other device ..kindly log out and retry..Please help

pathetic support team. my videos are not playing since a week-called on the support team,mailed them-was advised to wait for 48 working hours for technical response.but still the issue persists. dont buy it.

Very difficult situation video is Not starting massages appear on screen that video is viewed in another device. Called customer care ..they told will be ok in 48 hrs..5 days gone Not shorter out.
