The app and the teachers make the assumptions that the kids live in a environment where the language is constantly being spoken. Some of the teachers lack the patience and experience of teaching kids learning a second language.

This app is really bad for mobile, it's just not good for mobile users I always get kicked out when I'm in a middle of the lesson. Not only that the screen always glitches by putting a white screen on the presentation The letters on the screen would also be out of the screen, also when I want to type in the lesson chat box it would automatically kick me out from chatting

1. Super small font, not suitable for phones. 2. Requires registration, which I didn't do because of 1. 3. When I first clicked somewhere in the menu and the login form appeared, the app accessed the contents of my phone's clipboard! WTH!!!

For everyone that says that the app is only for people under 21, that is because the app is only for people under 21, so go find some other tutor. My personal experience has been great in my opinion.

Super small font size! Impossible to read on phones. The app is made for large devices, not phones.
