App works great for seeing usage but I've been waiting over a month for powerly to get me set up correctly so I can connect. Said my account needed upgraded, don't know how that can take so long. Wish they would have had this figured out before rolling these out.

Can't pair with energy bridge. My new address was whitelisted but the energy bridge must still be associated with my old account so it doesn't pair. I think I need to factory reset. Help

I downloaded the app to use with my Energy Bridge and it doesn't have the necessary icon to pair the device. While tech support was friendly thus far they haven't fixed my issue. MidAmerican Energy and Powerley should have rolled out more polished product before launching this to the public. Edit: updating my initial review to 4 stars. The customer service with this product was great to fix my problem. Still working on getting everything to "talk" together but overall things are looking up.

In one word Buggy. It was working for tracking energy usage until this last update. Now, my monthly usage is showing as if I have already reached my typical month total and trending toward 17,000 Kwh for the month. Before this update I could not see the cards on the home screen and it said the bridge was not connected on the advice screen cards but in settings it showed connected. A lit of room for improvement.

Got everything working and bridge set up along with pairing the meter outside. Received an email from support requiring me to send back all the equipment I have installed since the thermostat doesn't work with geothermal... The bridge is collecting all the usage data and not sure why I need to send this equipment back because one of the supplied devices doesn't work with my HVAC system. My Nest Gen 3 thermostat works perfect with the bridge and meter.

It's installed and technically working but none of the readings are correct and the app is buggy. It says the household is using 1 watt. The app says the inside temp is 0 degrees. The thermostat display settings and HVAC settings menus won't load. I need to make sure it's set for gas heating to allow proper warm-up time on the furnace. And also the thermostat doesn't display the inside temp unless you push the button, which makes it a hassle that you can't glance at it to see the temp.
