Everything is great except for the phone jack. Some reason it came loose and so far I can see no way to fix it. It's causing a terrible sound back through my other amplifier. I've got a terrible humming sound and a popping sound coming from it which is not good at all. I can't see how I can fix it. It should be a quarter-inch Jack not one of those little 1/8 in Jax. It's becoming very very aggravating.

Great travel and studio desk amp, this one fits the bill you can train also along videos, on your own and accompanied and have a vast libraries of sounds. I really love that it supports multiple instruments types(Eguitar, acoustic guitar and bass). You can play with headphones and barely annoy the wide)

Overall the app is great to manage sound and tone of your guitar. The fact that you have access to thousands of tones created by other members makes it easy to just try multiple tones and just download your favorite ones. It also has access to pretty much every song on YouTube and it also analysis the song quite accurately. The jam feature is also good but is basic and might deliver the expected output. Itd be great if you could manipulate the drum beats

Great app and amp. For what it is and how much it costs, it's so much fun. The backing track creater is terrible, it plays reggae beats over my metal riffs lol, but everything else makes up for it. Works and is reliable.

My amp has arrived, but I can't connect it with the app. Though I can easily pair it via Bluetooth and use it as BT speaker. The app is in an infinite loop to search for the spark device but no matter how much time I give it, it's unable to connect to the amp! I appreciate any help, thanks

Everything works fine. The amp is small, light and delivers amazing power for it's size. The app is also amazing. There are so many patches to choose from many styles. I'm glad I have it in my arsenal of instruments.
