Started first live chat with CS support. Waited for 3 minutes and the screen jumped back to previous page. Re-started another chat with another CS support and same issue recurred. It's frustrating please fix this bug. Waited for days my order was not processed. Contacted CS and was told my payment did not go through and need to re-place order.As the sales is over,I will need to pay more for the same item. Frustrated and disappointed. I will never buy from Cotton on App.

Very glitchy app. Many products don't load, and I have issues loading my cart even when switching between wifi and data. Makes it hard to buy anything!

I really like the app, im able to use it to search up anything from the store and lets me save what ever i like in a wishlist that I am able to look up at anytime. Buying from the store in person, I use the app for them to scan my Cotton On perks card. What I really like is that I am able to access my coupons on there which I find very handy because I would normally have to go searching through my emails to find the coupon. Down side is the swipe for women is not working it won't show up for me

It's easy to work your way around, unfortunately it won't let you save things to your wishlist or log in/out easily/at all more problems than just using the web page ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Just recently stopped working altogether, I put items in the cart and it shows as having items in the cart yet if I click on it, it says shopping bag empty. It wasn't great to begin with certain items would never load and I would have to go to the website and I had trouble putting payments through. Just use the website don't bother with this.

sometimes it's buggy. sale prices don't display properly if items have different prices and some on sale some not.
