Incredibly useless and confusing. I had to download this extra app, and I still can't see the results of my polls. The interface is simply appalling, it's even worst than the desktop version. How can you guys messed up something that was working really well before??

Was skeptical at first from the low ratings, but having a great straightforward experience with the pollev audience app. Gave it a shot and it works!! When you open the presentation and click the next arrow to the slide with the poll it is automatically activated. Then to release the results click next again. 1 tip: keep the poll options few or short because if they are too long, they become too small to read on a phone screen. Maybe admin can find a way to better scale the options and ques.

Really don't like this new update. Before I could create a poll and share it via WhatsApp but now it's a nightmare. Gonna look for an alternative which is a shame as it's been great for so long.

Where do I activate poll??? This is retarded! In previous versions, I could activate the poll from the app really easily. Now I can't even find how to do that!!! I clicked every button I found and it does not seem to have that capability. If I have more than 1 activity in a presentation, I need a quick way to activate/deactivate them and I used to do this through the app!

Potential - when using the remote, it times out in the middle of the presentation. You have to then reconnect. Very disruptive to the presentation.

UPDATE TO BELOW 12.4.19: Poll everywhere did eventually refund my money. They made sure to let me know they were doing me an extreme favor. I would like to see them reword their user agreement from "can downgrade at any time" to "can downgrade at any time, but pricing won't change until the end of your billing cycle, which for an annual plan, means you will be out the cost of the year regardless of when you select downgrade on the plan page." This app is extremely predatory in their pricing. They have set up their site so that after an upgrade, you can't downgrade until the end of your billing cycle. I upgraded not realizing they would charge me for a full year immediately and then wouldn't let me change my plan. It cost me $500 of my personal money. They are refusing to refund my money. I'm reporting them to everyone. Please do the same.
